Becoming a friend through help

Helping people is fun. Both because you get to feel good about yourself, but also because through this you are getting to know both yourself and another person.
I've done my share of customer support and though it is at times frustrating (it's hard when you do not have good answers or do not have them fast enough) it is also very rewarding. I got the chance to help people from 5 continents and got to hear the word "Thank you" in more languages than that. To me this is fun.
So go on out and reach someone. Maybe you'll be making new friends like I have.
